This project photographed 8 ex-members of the British Armed Forces. Each image accompanied by a piece of text, outlining the struggles they faced in the military as well as why they left service and what they do now. The work aims to celebrate the accomplishments of military veterans after their service to demonstrate the great lives and achievements they have made despite their hardships during service and the lack of resettlement training received to help transition back into civilian life. The imagery focuses on the emotions of each veteran showed when recalling their military service.
